Artists and Singers and Actors, Oh My!

My job as a salesman at Mac Station is mildly entertaining at times. One of the highlights is encountering the occasional celebrity in our store. Today I spoke with three.

The first was Bill Leeb. He came in to buy a computer for his wife. Nice guy, a little droll.

Second was Michael Buble. He came to bitch at us about his malfunctioning iPod, a problem that only Apple could resolve directly but which he expected us to fix because he was bloody Michael Buble. I suggested he toss his name toward Apple and perhaps they would do more to help him. He said he’d put his people on it. (Damn, I wish I had people to put on things.)

Third was Dave Annable, from Reunion. He came to pick up his PowerBook from service. I also sold him a hard drive and talked about my previous experience as an extra on his show. Rather amiable.
